Engaging the Mindset of Wellness

This is a 4 week Zoom class offered by the New Birth Counseling Ministry. Trained NAMI Facilitators will talk openly, and share lived experiences about mental health conditions, in hopes of bringing a deeper understanding, change attitudes and assumptions, dispel stereotypes and misconceptions around mental health and mental health conditions.
