DESCRIPTION:The New Birth Summer Internship Program provides an invaluable opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in various departments of our church\, while also nurturing their spiritual formation and aiding in vocational discernment. \nInterns will have the chance to work closely with experienced mentors and leaders in specific departments\, gaining practical skills and insights into their respective areas. Whether it be assisting with administrative tasks\, multimedia production\, pastoral care\, or outreach initiatives\, interns will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the church. \nIn addition to departmental work\, the internship program is structured to facilitate spiritual growth and discernment. Through guided reflection\, mentorship\, and participation in church activities\, interns will have the space to explore their faith\, deepen their understanding of ministry\, and discern their vocational path. \n\nThis internship is for both Graduate and Undergraduate Students. \nOverall\, the New Birth Internship Program offers a comprehensive experience that combines practical learning in specific departments with opportunities for spiritual formation and vocational discernment\, preparing interns for meaningful engagement in both their personal and professional lives. \nIMPORTANT DATES + WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: \n\n\nInternship Application Opens March 15  \nInternship Application Closes April 26\nInternship Begins June\nInternship Ends August\nApplicant Age: 18 years of age and older\nHours: 15 to 20 Per Week with Flexible Schedule\nMandatory Attendance (In-person at New Birth)\n\n\nNote: All interns must secure their own living arrangements and transportation\n\nDue to the expected volume of interest\, only those selected will be contacted to interview. \n\nAPPLY HERE
