Working at New Birth is more than a career or job, it is a calling that you must be called to.  By calling, we mean taking the time to seek God for HIS direction in your life so that your gifts, talents, and passions can be fulfilled for God’s purpose.
We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to the principles and teachings of Jesus Christ and are passionate about rolling up their sleeves and working to make a difference.

Dream Team Director

The Dream Team Director serves New Birth Missionary Baptist Church (New Birth) by leading, recruiting and equipping volunteers to reach their full potential as Christian servant leaders. As the volunteer coordinator for New Birth, the Director creates campus-specific and global strategies for the Dream Team and all volunteers to ensure the culture and the vision of New Birth is preserved, New Birth members are fully engaged in ministry, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere is maintained.

Children’s Pastor

As an Emerging Generations (EG) Pastor, you’ll get to advance the gospel by overseeing the area that stewards our children’s faith at New Birth from ages birth to 5th grade, empower parents to lead and grow their child’s faith at home and create a space in our EG worship experiences for the entire family.
