We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to the principles and teachings of Jesus Christ and are passionate about rolling up their sleeves and working to make a difference.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

The Creative Director is a visionary leader responsible for sharing and stewarding the visual, digital, and xperiential identity of New Birth. This role oversees all aspects of creative communication including design, media, branding, storytelling, and service productions. The Creative Director leads a dynamic team of creatives to ensure every touch-point reflects the church’s mission: to glorify God and reach people with the love of Christ.

CONNECTIONS COORDINATOR

The Connections Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing the mission of the Leadership & Connections Department by helping new members and members move from attendance to belonging and full engagement.

ONLINE DIRECTOR

As the Online Director, you will serve as the primary leadership presence for individuals who engage with the church through AI, online platforms, including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.  This role involves fostering a digital community, providing spiritual guidance, and ensuring that online worshipers feel connected to New Birth’s mission and ministries.
