New Birth’s Health Services Ministry is hosting a community Health Fair.  The Health Fair is designed to equip and empower attendees on a variety of health disparities that affect people of color through education, testing, and screenings.  Medical and Health Professionals will be onsite to provide resources and answer questions about the following health topics and much more.

• Diabetes
• Heart Disease
• Nutrition
• Asthma
• HIV
• Cancer

Also, vendors will display educational literature and opportunities to engage in conversation with attendees, including on-site Health Screenings for blood pressure, glucose, and HIV.  Also, distribution of HIV home test kits with instructions.
