Join us as we worship in pink attire in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Our worship service is in celebration of breast cancer survivors and dedicated to support early detection of breast cancer through screenings for men and women.

Vice President Kamala Harris at New Birth this Sunday!

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. (Ephesians 3:20-21)

New Birth has the esteemed honor of welcoming Vice President Kamala Harris to worship with us this Sunday, October 20. We are incredibly excited to host the Vice President. We are working hard to ensure that we are optimally prepared to host our special guests with the same excellence our members experience weekly.

While we want to be good hosts to our guests and dignitaries, we especially want to be sure that OUR MEMBERS are well taken care of. To achieve that objective, please review the following information.

Our worship experience will begin at 9:30 AM. However, it will be necessary for you to arrive early so that you have time to navigate the parking modifications and go through enhanced security measures. To do this safely and in order, the doors to the church will open at 7:30 AM.

To ensure the safety of the Vice President and all attendees, please be prepared for airport-level security. Everyone will be required to strictly adhere to protocols. Attendees will not be allowed in with the following items. Any surrendered items will not be returned, so please only bring your absolute necessities.

Here is a list of items that will not be allowed inside:
• Aerosols
• Ammunition, explosives, firearms
• Animals other than service/guide animals
• Large backpacks and bags
• Balloons
• E-cigarettes
• Glass, thermal or metal containers
• Laser pointers
• Mace/pepper spray
• Packages
• Selfie sticks
• Signs of any kind
• Toy guns
• Umbrellas
• Weapons of any kind, such as pocketknives
• Any other item deemed to be a potential hazard

Also, please note that we will worship together as a family on Sunday. Youth Services will not be held this week. Please plan to keep your children and teenagers with you at all times as we worship together.
