We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to the principles and teachings of Jesus Christ and are passionate about rolling up their sleeves and working to make a difference.

Connections Director

The primary goal of the Connections Director role is to lead people from being first-time guests to fully engaged partners. They also play a crucial role in fostering community and engagement within the church. They are responsible for overseeing communication channels, ensuring a welcoming environment through hospitality teams, facilitating next steps for members’ spiritual growth, and managing guest and member connections.

Children’s Pastor

As an Emerging Generations (EG) Pastor, you’ll get to advance the gospel by overseeing the area that stewards our children’s faith at New Birth from ages birth to 5th grade, empower parents to lead and grow their child’s faith at home and create a space in our EG worship experiences for the entire family.
