Care Ministry
At New Birth, we believe no one should have to face life challenges alone. Our Care Ministries exist to walk alongside individuals and families with compassion, support, and practical help during difficult seasons.

Life can bring unexpected hardships, from financial strain to housing concerns or the need for everyday essentials. Whatever you may be facing, our heart is to meet you where you are and help connect you with the support and resources needed to move forward.
Each area of Care Ministries is designed to offer guidance, relief, and encouragement, supporting not only immediate needs but the overall well-being of those we are honored to serve.
Please Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. Support is provided based on availability, eligibility, and partner capacity. Some services are offered through trusted third-party organizations. New Birth Missionary Baptist Church is not responsible for outcomes or experiences related to services provided by these partners.

Support for homeowners facing financial strain and uncertainty with rental/mortgage payments. During difficult seasons, we seek to provide guidance, limited assistance, and connections to resources that can help you remain in your home and move toward stability.

Support for individuals in need of temporary housing during times of transition. This resource is designed to help provide stability while taking steps toward long-term housing. We partner with our Christian Shelter Ministry to assist with placement in transitional housing, helping connect individuals to safe, supportive environments where they can begin to rebuild and move forward.

We believe in the power of prayer and the comfort it brings. Whether you are facing a challenge, seeking direction, or carrying a burden, you are invited to share your prayer request. Our team is committed to lifting you in prayer with care, faith, and confidentiality.

Care for those who are sick, homebound, or unable to attend services in person. Through visits, prayer, and encouragement, we seek to bring comfort, connection, and a reminder that you are not alone.

Compassionate care for families navigating the loss of a loved one. We offer support with funeral-related needs, guidance during the grieving process, and a caring presence during one of life’s most difficult moments.

Premarital counseling is available for couples preparing for marriage. We also provide referrals to qualified counseling professionals for additional support.
Community Resource List
(3rd Party Organizations)
While we are committed to serving our community with care and compassion, our direct resources are limited. To help meet the needs of those we may not be able to assist directly, we have provided a list of community organizations that offer a variety of support services. The organizations listed below are independent, third-party agencies that may offer additional assistance. While we strive to connect individuals and families to available support, we cannot guarantee the availability of funds or services through these organizations. Please note that we are not responsible for the services provided or the experiences individuals may have. We encourage you to contact each agency directly to verify eligibility, availability, and the most current informatio
