New Birth University (NBU) is the educational and growth hub of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. It is seeking to create opportunities for spiritual development and practical skills training for interested persons, with a hyper focus on the African American context, using three focal areas: Christian Education, Career Skills and Development, and empowering ecclesial leadership.

New Birth University follows the mission of New Birth Missionary Baptist church to create a thriving community where every member is equipped with the knowledge and resources to grow spiritually, empowered to make positive changes in their lives and communities and actively engage in shaping a culture of inclusivity, compassion, and integrity.

Vision Statement:

New Birth University will serve as the central pathway for development in the house—where individuals grow spiritually, gain biblical and theological grounding, are equipped to lead, and are empowered to thrive in their clings in the church, workplace, and community.
