Baby Dedication at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church is a special moment for families to publicly commit their child back to God and celebrate this meaningful milestone with our church family.

Please complete this form if your child is four years old or younger and you would like to have them dedicated at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.

Due to limited space and the number of dedications, only parents/guardians and the child being dedicated will be permitted on stage. Family members and friends are welcome to come to the front floor area to take photos during the dedication.

Parents/guardians will be seated together with other families participating in Baby Dedication. Family members and friends joining in the celebration will have reserved seating in Section 104 of the Sanctuary and should be seated by 9:00 AM.
