2026 Theme: Church as Unusual

Scripture: Psalm 90:17 (NIV) May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands.

Declaration: God’s Favor rests on us, and everything we touch prospers under His Hand.

Favor is the gracious approval and presence of God resting upon a person or people, causing divine opportunity, effectiveness, and the establishment of the work of their hands.

Unusual Favor is the extraordinary expression of God’s grace that produces uncommon results such as opening doors, accelerating purpose, and creating impact beyond expectation, all by the Hand of God.

A Call to Pursue God’s Unusual Favor: Church, this is our moment! God is calling us beyond routine faith into radical dependence on His hand. We are not striving for recognition, we are seeking His Unusual Favor. Favor that cannot be explained, replicated, or denied. Favor that marks us as a church set apart and established by God Himself.

When God’s Unusual Favor rests on us, what was resisted is released, what was delayed is accelerated, and what was impossible becomes inevitable. This favor is not activated by talent or titles, but by hunger, holiness, obedience, and unwavering faith.

Now is the time to pray with expectation, serve with excellence, give with bold faith, and move in unity and believing that everything we touch prospers under God’s Hand. As we seek Him first, God establishes our work, expands our influence, and causes our impact to exceed imagination.

Let us rise as an unusual church under God’s hand, declaring with confidence and conviction:

God’s favor rests on us, and the work of our hands is established.
