Samson is pleased to announce the start of an amazing boot camp taught by our trainer Spencer Rakestraw. Get Fitted Boot Camp will be held Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5 AM and  Saturday Mornings at 8 AM. Spencer is the owner of Diamond Cutter Fitness and is known to the Samson family for his work a few years ago. He has returned to us and is excited to enhance the healthy lifestyle of our members.

Diamond Cutter Fitness provides differentiated physical training, and educational and nutritional needs for individuals intent on strengthening their bodies, minds and self-esteem.

Veteran trainer Spencer Rakestraw is a former peace officer and collegiate-level athlete who prides himself on communicating first with clients to determine individual needs. He then provides nutritional guidance and physical training to help them reach their goals. His regimen combines strength and conditioning coaching, boxing and constant motivation. He is skilled in maximizing clients’ potential while promoting activities and coping methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies.
