Gideon’s Army | Men’s Month

This is more than a sign-up—this is an enlistment.
Gideon’s Army is rallying 300+ men to answer the call for a movement of brotherhood, purpose, and power. Whether you’re an OG, a youngin’, a faithful member, or just getting connected—we need YOU in the number.
Each weekend in May is packed with opportunities to recharge, serve, mentor, and fellowship—and we’re counting on your presence to make it all happen.
WEEKEND 1: Gideon’s Giveback Focus (Volunteers Needed)
Saturday, May 10 – Car Wash for Moms at New Birth (10AM–1PM)
We’re looking for at least 50 brothers to serve by washing cars for mothers on-site. This is a high-touch opportunity to serve and honor our sisters.
Sunday, May 11 – Mom’s & Men’s Sunday (Worship Service)
We’re asking all men to participate in forming a “Tunnel of Love” to celebrate and welcome mothers upon arrival. Presence and energy will set the tone for the day!
WEEKEND 2: Games, Grooming & Good Times
Saturday, May 17 – Grooming & Games Day (10AM–3PM)
A day for the fellas to recharge and connect—featuring barbers, manicures, massages, spades, a gaming truck, master grill stations, and a live DJ tent.
Sunday, May 18 – Fathers, Family & Fraternities Sunday
We’re encouraging men to bring their sons, brothers, and fraternity brothers to worship. Divine Nine chapters across Metro Atlanta have been invited to attend together and rep their paraphernalia proudly.
WEEKEND 3: Brotherhood & Fellowship
Saturday, May 24 – Gideon’s Army Gathering (Morning)
An intimate space for brothers to connect, grow, and strategize—through real conversation, shared wisdom, and spiritual sharpening as we build a stronger men’s ministry.
Saturday, May 24 – Braves Game vs. Padres (4PM)
Free tickets for all participants—just show up and fellowship with the squad.
Sunday, May 25 – Final Stretch: Gideon’s Army Worship & Commitment Sunday
We’ll close Men’s Month together in worship, celebrate the wins, and lead all brothers through an official Gideon’s Army pledge as we commit to continued brotherhood and purpose beyond May.
