The Public Relations (PR) expert is responsible for managing and maintaining a positive public image for New Birth. They craft communication strategies, develop media relationships, handle crisis communication, and ensure consistent messaging to build trust and credibility.

The Communications Liaison serves as a key point of contact to ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication across the church’s ministries, leadership teams, congregation, and community partners. This individual will work to align messaging with the church’s mission, vision, and values while fostering engagement and maintaining relationships that support the ministry’s vision.

To provide compassionate, Christ-centered support to individuals and families navigating life challenges, serving as a bridge between New Birth, resources, and the community. The Case Worker equips and empowers individuals by assessing needs, offering guidance, and engaging them with appropriate support services – internally and externally.

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects within New Birth, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

The AI Expert Liaison will serve as a critical link between technical AI teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring effective communication, project alignment, and successful integration of AI solutions into organizational strategies.  This role combines technical understanding with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure AI initiatives meet business and operational needs.

The Branding and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen the New Birth’s brand, improve market presence, and drive engagement with target audiences.  This individual will collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive branding and marketing efforts across all platforms.
