Dear Church Family,
Grace and peace to you all.
We are in the final lap of unusual adjustments, and lately, many of us have been carrying heavy loads. Life has a way of stretching us thin with responsibilities, disappointments, financial pressures, family concerns, health battles, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet struggles we don’t always talk about. Sometimes, even the strongest believers can feel weary, disconnected, or spiritually drained.
If that is where you are right now, please know this: you are not alone.
God never intended for us to walk this journey by ourselves. The beauty of the church is that we are a family, a body of believers called to strengthen, encourage, pray for, and carry one another through difficult seasons. When burnout tries to isolate us, fellowship reminds us that we still belong. When our faith feels weak, worship reconnects us to the strength and presence of God.
This is not the season to pull away from God’s house; it is the season to lean in closer.
Come back to the altar.
Come back to community.
Come back to worship.
Come back to prayer.
Come back to the presence of God.
There is healing in worship.
There is strength in fellowship.
There is peace in His presence.
Sometimes we think we must have everything together before we return, but God is not asking for perfection; He is simply asking for your heart. Even in your tiredness, confusion, or brokenness, He is still able to restore you completely.
Galatians 6:9 reminds us:
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
We want every member of this church family to know that you are loved, valued, seen, and covered in prayer. Do not suffer in silence. Reach out. Stay connected. Attend service. Join fellowship opportunities. Allow your brothers and sisters in Christ to walk alongside you.
The enemy wants exhaustion to convince you to quit, but God says this season will not break you; it will build you.
May we continue to grow together in faith, unity, love, and devotion to Christ. May the Lord renew every weary heart with fresh strength, fresh joy, and fresh fire.
With love and prayers,
Sister Parris Stewart
